Yeee!!! I am very excited to see this place seems alive and hopping AND if anything Goes Strange, since this place is raw HTML, I can just copy and paste the whole page and not lose, I don't know, several WIPs and drafts of things. It feels so strange and so familiar to be writing in HTML again. I'm sure I'll end up making a mess somewhere but YAY this seems like so much fun!!! I also have no idea WHATSOEVER how to be serious for too long, so. thumbs up emoji Writing coming soon! (As soon as I can remember or rediscover how to embed tables and things!) :D

So, I should introduce myself! I write fanfiction, and read tons of it. On Ao3 and tumblr i am bellepeppertronix! Please come say hello, if you'd like to! I love reading and writing, and I love talking! So much. Maybe too much. I am long-winded. I grew up reading really long classical literature and sometimes pulpy (but equally lengthy) 1970s-1980s fantasy novels. My favorite authors, stylistically, are Fritz Leiber, Margaret Weiss, Tracy Hickman, and William Gibson. Technically Gibson isn't a fantasy author, but if you've ever read anything in the Sprawl trilogy, you know what I mean about style! I started this project on a whim because I've been struggling with a pretty bad case of creative/writer's block. A horrible combination of burnout at my job, the coronavirus pandemic, and a few other things sapped pretty much all my creative energy. :( I'm hoping this project will give me some energy to get back to writing, and not just reading. Thank you for coming to visit, and if you are still here later, thank you for coming with me on this ride. I will do my best to make things interesting!

June 21st/2nd, 2023 (I FIXED IT YAY!!!)
Stressful day at work! My columns are in weird places! I also went to get some cute little .gif pics, so I'll be sprinkling those around in a little bit. I have an image in my head of what I want this site to look like, and it will be SO cute and SO kitschy and look like those fantasy/anime shrines I used to love as a kid.
